TS Koay leads the Dell Digital Infrastructure Operations globally. He is also the head of Dell Digital Global Center in Malaysia, driving digital transformation for Dell internal businesses. In addition, he heads up the General Manager role for Dell Cyberjaya site, overseeing site level operations and development.

He brings with him over 20 years of IT experience across enterprise application and infrastructure management in both internal IT and outsourcing services industry. He is very passionate in driving Digital transformation across application transformation, IT transformation on multi-cloud strategies and workforce transformation, provide the best end user digital experience for Dell internal stakeholders.

He is also a strong advocate in developing the digital workforce for the future with new technologies adoption as well as cultivating innovation culture in the workplace.

Raymond is the Founder & CEO of Daythree Business Services. He specializes in providing strategic management direction, particularly in the field of digital transformation strategy and management. He has guided several technology companies from ‘start-up’ to becoming leading technology players in the industry. Amongst his many key achievements, Raymond managed one of the largest healthcare informatics implementations in Malaysia and played key role in realizing the IT Outsourcing agenda of a major state government in Malaysia.

Having originated from a corporate finance background, Raymond has strong working and practical knowledge in finance, accounting and banking. He holds a Master of Business Administration majoring in Strategy & Planning. He is a Chartered Accountant, registered with CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Raymond is the author of several articles and research papers. He was twice selected by peers in the industry as ‘Best Thought Leader’ in 2017 and once again in 2019 – an award reserved for recognizing leadership aimed at external positioning of the individual’s competencies in delivering value.

Raymond is a member of MDEC’s Talent Expert Network Panel – appointed for his knowledge and expertise in digital technology. He serves as Councillor at PIKOM, the National Tech Association of Malaysia, and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’ (MAICSA) Training & Professional Development Committee. Additionally, he is the President for Contact Centre Association of Malaysia.

With more than 30 years’ experience, he is driven by an endless quest to seek knowledge and has thus garnered a wealth of expertise that spans across business development, M&A, business strategy and process engineering across both manufacturing and the services sectors.

Cheah Kok Hoong is well known his fearlessness and confident throughout his IT career.  He often pushed himself beyond his comfort level to do great things and now; resigned as the Group CEO & Director for Hitachi Sunway Information Systems to start up Cognitive Digital Sdn Bhd. Hoeing into his entrepreneur spirit, Cheah is looking to innovate and disrupt the industry digitally. 

Cheah is instrumental in driving the growth of the Malaysian ICT industry, both locally and regionally. And, he plays an active role in developing the next generation of talents for Malaysia. He is a person who is able to influence the industry and he is actively involved in the country's IT industry developments and continually propagates the advancement of the overall IT capabilities and resources within the diverse local verticals.

And, with his experience, Cheah was invited to serve on Sunway University and SoftwareONE Industrial Advisory Board (IAB). In addition, he was recently appointed as Adjunct Practice Professor in the Sunway University Business School, Sunway University.

David Wong Nan Fay is a business graduate (Honours) from the Dalhousie University, Canada. He has more than 30 years of track record and experience in the Information Technology and Logistic Industry.

David is currently the Chairman of ASOCIO, the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organization and the Advisor and Past Chairman of PIKOM, the National ICT Association of Malaysia. David is also the Co-founder and Emeritus Chairman of Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), an initiative of PIKOM and a consortium representative of the outsourcing industry.

In 2000, he founded and embarked on his new start up, SnT Global Sdn Bhd, where he currently resides as the Group Chief Executive Officer. SnT’s core businesses are Lead Logistics Management, Warehousing, Transportation and eFulfillment services. Other ventures include Education and Property development.

Under his guidance, SnT has won several major industry awards, and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of supply chain BPO in Asia. It was also recognized as a leading technology company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific Program. SnT was recognized by Global Services Awards as one of the top 100 most innovative outsourcing companies in the world as well as top 10 to watch in Asia. In 2016, David was accorded the Outsourcing Leader of the Year by Outsourcing Malaysia.

Amar Chhajer is the Sr. Director and Country Head, Malaysia for UST. He is currently leading the Engineering Business for UST in APAC and Europe; including the Business Operations in Malaysia, Poland, China and Taiwan. He was working in Software Engineering roles with Oracle and Accenture before joining UST.

Driven by UST’s mission of Transforming Lives through Technology, Amar’s been instrumental in building the local ecosystem in Digital skills.

He is currently the Deputy Chairman for GBS Focus Group of Penang. Also a part of Seed funding evaluation committee for tech start ups in the state of Penang, and part of the mylead committee by Talentcorp.

Amar received the PJK award by the State of Penang in 2021. He received the Golden Globe Tigers Award for Excellence in Business Leadership 2018 in Kuala Lumpur.

An Alumni of Harvard Business School, Amar did his Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT).

Dang Tin Wai is the Sales Director of Microtel Technology with over 15 years of business development and solution sales experience.

Solution projects delivered successfully by him include various contact centre management systems and engagement automation solutions spanning across a wide array of industries from financial services to healthcare. With a proven track record in channel sales management, his experience also includes channel partner recruitment and channel sales planning.

Tin Wai has executed projects and served multinational clients in the ASEAN region. Prior to joining Microtel Technology, he was leading the project management team of a national patient registry system under the Ministry of Health of Malaysia and has implemented 8 patient registry modules over a period of 4 years.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Commerce from Monash University, Australia.

Evelyn is currently the Head of Penang Finance Operations Center in Motorola Solution. Her vision is to establish a World Class Finance Operations that is recognized as trusted partner to customers, suppliers and employees. She has successfully led the transition of various roles from transactional to business roles over the years and was awarded the Motorola Solutions CFO Award in 2021. She is a Chartered Accountant, registered with CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants and also a member of the Penang GBS Focus Group.

Prior to joining Motorola Solutions, Evelyn spends more than 12 years in audit and assurance practice in Malaysia as well as in the United States. Her expertise includes audit and assurance services, US GAAP, IFRS, Corporate Exercise (ie IPO) and Corporate Governance.

Evelyn’s area of interest includes transformation of a finance function from transactional and compliance to trusted business partners. Evelyn is also keen and passionate about growing our future talents in the GBS space. She is actively involved in outreach programs and engagement with universities with the aim to grow the future talent pipeline and to promote the GBS Industry in Malaysia.

Jusri is the Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Telecontinent. He was previously an EXCO member of CCAM, and currently is a committee member of the Outsourcing Malaysia and spent 18 years in the contact centre outsourcing industry. A certified COP Master-class graduate (IAOP) and awarded the Best Account Manager for Contact Centre in the Outsourcing Malaysia Excellence Award 2016. He also led the company winning the Operational Excellence in Contact Centre Award in the OM GBS Asia Awards 2021.

Throughout his BPO career, he gained cross industry exposure in domains such as Banking, Telecommunications, Media, Healthcare, FMCG, Retails, Government, and High-tech managing both domestic and off-shore contact centres with up to 1,000 seat capacity. Jusri is a graduate of MMU with a degree in Business Administration (Hons.) Economics with Multimedia.

He is a leader who is able to bring together groups of people with different set of talents and make them function as a world class business team. He has a keen eye for details that enables him to manage an organisation where he is the head of the company. He is responsible for identifying new markets and developing new service offerings for Telecontinent’s outsourcing business. He is also the principal consultant where he crafts out innovative outsourcing solutions for the clients. Throughout his working career, Jusri has been responsible for the deployment of best practice customer management principles. Very instrumental in leading various taskforces for business process reengineering initiatives.

Dato’ Idzham is an experienced entrepreneur and corporate leader who has developed and led corporations in various industries and brings a wealth of experience and achievements prior to joining IIB. Previously, he was the Group Chief Commercial Officer of Enra Group Berhad and Chief Executive Officer of Enra Land, overseeing key property development projects under the group with approximately RM800mil worth of GDV.

Dato’ Idzham made his mark in the Property Development industry during his time at Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, as their Executive Director / Chief Operating Officer, previously their Chief Strategy Officer. Under his stewardship, he went on to oversee and manage multiple key development projects amounting to RM31bil worth of GDV, which includes the launching of KL Metropolis and Malaysia’s largest trade and exhibition centre, MITEC.

Dato’ Idzham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bristol Business School at the University of West of England (UWE), UK. In addition, he also possesses a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Dato’ Loo Lee Lian is the Chief Executive Officer of Invest-in-Penang Bhd (InvestPenang), a position she held since Mar 2010. As the principal investment promotion agency and a wholly owned company of the state of Penang, InvestPenang is the point of contact for investors, providing facilitation support to foreign and local businesses as well as policy advocacy.

At state level, Dato’ Loo is a member of the KPI Task Force of the Penang Development Corporation, a committee overseeing the operation and management of this state economic development corporation. She is also a member of the Selection Committee of the Penang Future Foundation, the Penang State Government’s scholarship program for university undergraduate studies. As an ardent supporter of development programs for young entrepreneurs and start-ups, Dato’ Loo is a council member of the Penang Accelerator for Creative, Analytics and Technology (Penang @CAT).

Dato’ Loo has more than 20 years of industry background in the various sectors of the manufacturing industry. She has led companies in strategic planning, project management, operations, business development, supply chain management, customer strategies and international business migration. Born in Penang, Dato’ Loo graduated with Bachelor of Economics & Accounting from University of Adelaide, South Australia and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.

Datuk Muhammad Azmi Zulkifli is the Chief Executive Officer of InvestKL.

In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, he leads the teams to identify, facilitate, and develop solutions for MNCs to locate their high value regional hubs in Greater KL and Malaysia. The focus sectors include oil & gas, healthcare, FMCG, business and financial services. To date, the InvestKL team led by Azmi has successfully brought in more than 90 MNCs to set up regional headquarters or hubs within Greater KL.

He joined InvestKL in 2012 as Director of Investor Relations for Europe.

Prior to InvestKL, Azmi has over 16 years’ experience in leadership and management positions spanning commercial business, business transformation and operations with MISC Berhad, a subsidiary of Petronas. He participated in MISC’s business transformation initiatives and was part of a leadership team to re-engineer, develop and commission a global ICT system throughout MISC offices globally.

Ong Chin Seong, a successful entrepreneur with great vision in digital technology industry, he is the founder of Powerware Systems Sdn Bhd (PWS) and HDC Data Centre Sdn Bhd (HDC), who has grow his Data Centre digital infrastructure business in whole eco-business chain in providing Data Centre consultancy, design and build, he owns 2 DCs which he operate one of them , which is an Uptime Institute Tier III Design Certified data centre. He is the current Chairman of The National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) and Advisor of Digital Global Business Services Council (GBS Malaysia).

He was accredited with 1st Class Higher Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Institute Technology Jaya in 1983. Started with passion and enthusiastic in the technical field, he slowly works his way up to become an engineer in Dataprep, later strived his way higher to become a technical manager and sales manager in his 12 years service in Sime Darby Systems. With more than 15 years of technical knowledge he obtained and embarked on his entrepreneur journey in 1999 setting up Powerware Systems Sdn Bhd, dedicated to consultancy, design and build Data Centre (DC) to protect customer’s mission critical business operations.

He was appointed as CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in October 2019 and Senior Vice President of Investment and Brand in December 2020 overlooking a 110 person team. This includes Investment Development and Promotion, MSC Business Services, Brand Marketing and Strategic Communications.

He holds an LLB from the University of London and a Professional Diploma in Public Relations from the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia.

Thomas brings with him more than 30 years of experience in corporate management, business strategy, and risk management. He began his career as a banker, holding management positions in the corporate and commercial banking divisions of several local commercial banks, from where he joined Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad (Danaharta), Malaysia's asset management company in 1998. He was initially involved in loan restructuring and thereafter headed its risk management unit, prior to its successful closure in 2005.

Thomas then joined the MBf Holdings group of companies, initially as its Chief Operating Officer and thereafter as its President. Thomas then assumed the role of Group Finance Director at Ben Holdings group in Sri Lanka, an established retail, media and theatre group, where he oversaw all aspects of Finance, Treasury, Legal, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit and IT.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
